William J. Martini, Sr., CPA (Deceased)
With more than 50 years’ experience in taxation and auditing, and his tenure as a former accounting and taxation instructor at the college level. Bill had an extensive background in nonprofit institution audits and general business practices gained as founder and managing partner of his own firm and during an extended association with an international CPA firm.
A graduate of Villanova University, Bill attended graduate school at Temple University in a program leading to an MBA degree. He founded his own firm in 1961 and he was a member of the New Jersey and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Joan Martini (Deceased)
Joan was a graduate of Sacred Heart High School in Vineland, NJ. She was our corporate secretary and had spent nearly 30 years developing and administering office procedures. Joan often served as the Martini & Martini liaison in dealings with community businesses.

After his graduation from Villanova University, Bill, Jr. worked with a big eight CPA firm where he gained invaluable general and corporate experience in current audit and accounting practices.
He was an adjunct faculty member of a local college and currently heads the audit department of the firm. He has a master’s degree in Taxation from Temple University and is a Registered Municipal Accountant in the State of New Jersey.

John R. Martini, CPA, CFP
A graduate of Seton Hall University, and College for Financial Planning, John has extensive experience in financial planning, small business valuations, setups, and multi state taxation. He currently performs peer reviews of other CPA firms and has extensive knowledge in Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), and Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS). John has also served as an adjunct faculty member of a local college.

Steven C. Martini, EA
Mr. Martini is a Temple University graduate. He has been working as a staff accountant at Martini & Martini, CPA, PA since 1991. He presently serves as staff supervisor for accounting and bookkeeping services. Steve also has extensive knowledge in personal tax return preparation and experience in representing taxpayers before federal and state agencies as an enrolled agent.

Tyler J. Martini, CPA, MSPA
Tyler graduated from Seton Hall University in May 2016 with a BS in Accounting and May 2017 with a Masters in Professional Accounting. Tyler then worked at EisnerAmper, LLP in Iselin, NJ from October 2017 through October 2021 within the Audit Group, taking responsibility for the supervision and review of staff and work product, including detail and control/compliance testing.
Tyler was a member of the Manufacturing and Distribution and Life Sciences groups working closely with companies involved Trucking, food distribution, auto dealerships, technology and pharmaceuticals. Tyler has experience with SEC compliance, implementing ASC 606 Revenue Recognition and ASC 842 Leases, and business combinations. Tyler is also knowledgeable in the requirements of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002, including internal controls and Section 404 testing of compliance.
Tyler joined Martini & Martini, CPA, PA in November 2021 working on audits, reviews and compilations in commercial, non-profit, government and small closely held companies, as well as tax preparation work.

Lauren M. Martini
Lauren is a part of our accounting and auditing staff and has extensive knowledge. Her experience includes having worked as a bank auditor for Security Savings Bank, as assistant controller at the Newfield National Bank, and as a private bookkeeper for many small to mid-size businesses. She graduated from St. Joseph’s University with a bachelors degree in Accounting.

David Macalino
David is a graduate from the University of Rhode Island with a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Accounting. He began his professional career at PwC, LLP in their core audit practice, and then later joined KPMG, LLP in their Deals Advisory – Accounting Advisory Services practice. David has a wide variety of audit experience with both private and public companies with up to $10 billion in annual net revenues. He also brings experience in mergers and acquisitions, assisting two Fortune 500 manufacturing companies prepare their pro-forma financial statements. David is committed to providing his clients with the highest level of assurance and other professional services. Other areas of interest include Philadelphia sports, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.

Paul M. Bossi
Paul has been a staff accountant at Martini & Martini since 2008. He brought with him the value of more than 23 years of experience in the Mortgage Industry. He was employed at Select Mortgage Corporation in Belmar, New Jersey, since that company’s founding in 1991, before joining our firm. He also manages the firm’s billing services and can offer assistance with any questions about account billing.

Mr. Seabo is a 1987 graduate of Richard Stockton College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management. He developed his marketing skills at numerous positions before joining Martini & Martini, CPA in 1992. Mr. Seabo represents Martini & Martini, CPA with local business and community organizations. Melissa Foster
Melissa joined Martini & Martini in 2018 as the office manager. She worked for many years in accounts receivable for a local glass company, in various positions in several local banks and has certifications in several computer applications. ‘Missy’ assists in keeping the day to day functions of the office running smoothly.
